1. This referral policy is only valid for "Qualified Referrals"

What Makes a Qualified Referral? ⭐️

Think of it as "fresh introductions only." Your referral needs to be someone who has not:
‍
- signed up for SuperStuff or SuperPage previously, or
- is not in touch with the SuperStuff team previously, or
- is not in touch with the hiring client already


2.  Show Me The Money 🤑
‍
- You'll get paid 45 days after your Qualified Referral starts their new role with a SuperStuff client within 6 months of the referral, and is in "good standing" (more on that below)
- Referral reward is ₹10,000 per qualified hire! There is no cap to how many people you can refer to SuperStuff; or how much you can earn.


3. What's "Good Standing"? 🎯

We'll process your payment when your referral:
- Has completed 45 days with the SuperStuff client
- Is not serving any notice period
- Has successfully settled into their role (no performance concerns)
- Has completed probation successfully (if applicable)

4. The Legal Bits (In Human Speak) 🤝

- Referral rewards are subject to applicable taxes
- We'll need your PAN card and payment details for processing - we will collect this at the time of your Qualified Referral joining a SuperStuff client
- This program can be modified or discontinued at SuperStuff's discretion
- Your information will be handled according to our privacy policy

5. Where do my referrals use the referral code?

Referrals can use the code when applying to any role here: apply.superstuff.ai

6. When am I paid?

You will be paid when your Qualified Referral has joined a SuperStuff client and remained with them for 45 days in good standing. By "good standing" we mean that they are not on a notice period

7. What roles is SuperStuff hiring for?

You can view our current openings at anytime here: apply.superstuff.ai

8. Will you notify me every time someone uses my referral code?

We will not be able to let you know every time someone uses your referral code. We will only notify you as they complete the recruiting process with us. Don't worry though - we have everything tracked, and we will come with receipts! (ie: digital time-stamped evidence if we were in touch with them earlier, etc)

9. How much am I paid?

It is Rs 10,000 per hire, subject to terms above.

10. Who should I send the referral code to? 

You should send your referral code to your alumni networks, your LinkedIn / social media network, your friends looking out for jobs - anyone you think is relevant for our roles.

11. Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?

Nope! But please do not spam us with people who are not looking out for roles. It's not fun for us or them. You should know that we will use your name for reference when reaching out to your referees.

12. You didn't reach out to the person I referred, why?

Unfortunately they did not meet the criteria for an active role. We only reach out to candidates who meet the criteria for our clients. Trust us, we do review all referrals! 💯

13. Is this valid only for India?

Currently, yes! While we hire for other markets, this program is just valid for Indian talent.
